Fall into Autumn. Give summer a gentle kiss goodbye. This fall we are taking you back to school and embracing what used to be.

All those things about September that I love have arrived on my doorstep. The crisper mornings, the golden light that comes with fall sunrises.  If like me, you are a gardener, you’re probably planting fall blooms,  bulbs, and perennials.

September is a time of transition, planning, and manifesting while at the same time the planet gives us a little bit more energy, kinder temperatures, and new sensory experiences.

Same old, same old, or is it?

We have made it through a few lockdowns, vaccinations, resistance, temptation, and a bit of longing for the past

No one is ever 100 percent about “next steps”, all we ever really know is that we have to keep moving.  So here we go,

BACK TO SCHOOL with COWORK

CoWork is offering a number of Back To Basics Business Workshops over the next few months. They have been curated with entrepreneurs in mind. However, anyone interested in any of the topics can attend.  Check to see where to find them as we are offering a mix of online, in-person, or hybrid workshops.

An Introduction to Financial Management

Additionally, we will discuss organizational strategies for keeping your business documents organized now and

Break Free of Imposter Syndrome, Build Confidence, Remove Self Doubt

Have you ever felt like you’re not doing as well as another person or business? That you are not as capable as people think you are? Or do you feel like a fraud about to be discovered? You may be experiencing Imposter Syndrome.

Imposter Syndrome is the sense that you are less accomplished or qualified than your peers. It’s common in many professions where ambition is high, and it’s definitely prevalent in 2021 where we are constantly comparing our lives, successes and goals to the lives of others showcased online, mainly via social media. Many individuals and business owners end up feeling like a fraud – thinking that everyone else knows something they don’t – that others know how to run their business better than they do.

During this workshop, we will discuss strategies to recognize and manage it, as well as ultimately work towards the goal of lessening the impact Imposter Syndrome has on YOUR life and work.

Date: November 25th, 2021
