COMING IN SEPTEMBER

This September, Art Fair Hamilton in partnership with CoWork, will launch ReConnect, a month-long series of classes, workshops and experiences which will take place in CoWork and Artist Studios throughout the Cotton Factory.

MISSION

To help people reconnect with their hands, their creativity, and one another — by learning traditional, tactile, and mindful craft techniques in a supportive environment. We believe that by stepping into the process, we foster well-being, community, and creative resilience.

VISION

ReConnect envisions a community of makers where mentorship, accessibility, and slow creativity are core values. We aim to revive heritage skills and empower people to explore new creative practices with confidence and joy.
ReConnect builds out a key educational and community-engagement component of the Hamilton Art Fair, supporting:
– Access to art and learning for the broader community
– Mentorship and leadership opportunities for working artists
A focus on sustainable and hands-on practices aligned with the values of resilience, repair, and low environmental impact.
Check back with us as we will be announcing programming dates and times soon.
